Summary

Fetches a single WAOtomatis support ticket by ID, including its full message thread, and returns it as one item.

Inputs

• Ticket ID (required) — ID of the ticket to retrieve. It is URL-encoded and sent as GET /v1/tickets/{ticketId}. No session is needed, because tickets are scoped to the organization.

Output shape

One item per input item. Its json is the ticket object returned by the WAOtomatis API, with the message thread per the operation description.

The exact field names come from the API response and are not defined in the node source. API errors are raised as node errors that include the API's error code and message. With Continue On Fail enabled, the item's json is { error: message } instead.

Example 1: Look up a ticket created earlier in the workflow and read its thread.
