Summary

Lists support tickets for the organization via a single GET to /v1/tickets, emitting one output item per ticket.

Inputs

None.

Output shape

A list of items, one per ticket, taken from the data array of the API response. Each item's JSON is the ticket object as returned by WAOtomatis.

No pagination, filter, Return All or Limit parameters are exposed. The source makes one request and reads only the first page of data, so any further pages are not fetched. Tickets are organization-scoped, so no session is needed. If the response has no data, no items are returned. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors produce an item with an error message.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch all current support tickets to review or report on them

Resource: Ticket, Operation: List. No other parameters; a valid WAOtomatis API credential is required.

Example 2: Look up a ticket's full thread after listing

Run Ticket → List, then pass an item's id into a Ticket → Get node via the Ticket ID field.
