Summary

Retrieve multiple delivery notes from Xentral with optional filters and pagination controls.

Inputs

• maxPages (required) — Maximum number of API pages to fetch. Each page returns 50-150 delivery note records depending on the resource. Default is 1000 pages. Adjust to limit API calls or to retrieve more records when returning all results.
• returnAll — Boolean flag to determine whether to return all matching delivery notes or limit the results to a specified number.
• limit — Maximum number of delivery note records to return when 'Return All' is false. Must be between 1 and 100.
• filters — Optional filters to narrow down delivery notes by status (draft, released, sent, cancelled), customer ID, or creation date after a specified date.

The operation supports pagination to fetch multiple pages of delivery notes when 'Return All' is true, up to the 'Max Pages' limit. When 'Return All' is false, it returns up to the specified 'Limit' number of records filtered by any provided criteria. Each record represents a delivery note with its respective data fields.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch all released delivery notes created after 2023-01-01 for a specific customer

Set Return All to true, Max Pages to 100, use Filters to specify status 'released', customer ID, and Created After '2023-01-01'.

Example 2: Retrieve up to 50 draft delivery notes

Set Return All to false, Limit to 50, and Filters to specify status 'draft'.
