Summary

Retrieve multiple proforma invoices from Xentral, optionally filtering by status, customer ID, and creation date, with control over the result count and pagination.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all proforma invoices or limit to a specific number.
• Limit — Maximum number of proforma invoices to return when not returning all, capped between 1 and 100.
• Max Pages — Maximum number of API pages to fetch when returning all; each page returns 50-150 records depending on availability. Default is 1000.
• Filters — Filters to apply when fetching proforma invoices, including status (Draft or Released), customer ID, and created after a specific date.

Pagination is handled internally up to the specified Max Pages limit when returning all results. Filters refine the query but are optional. The node returns an array of invoice objects with their properties as provided by the Xentral API.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch up to 50 released proforma invoices created after January 1, 2023, for a specific customer.

Set Return All to false, Limit to 50, Status filter to Released, Customer ID filter to the desired ID, and Created After to 2023-01-01.
