Summary

Retrieve multiple purchase orders from Xentral with optional filtering by status and creation date, limiting the number fetched by pages or total count.

Inputs

• Max Pages — Maximum number of API pages to fetch; each page returns 50-150 records depending on resource. Defaults to 1000 pages. Increase to fetch more records, decrease to limit API calls.
• Filters — Optional filters to narrow results: filter by purchase order status (draft, released, sent, cancelled) and/or by creation date (only return purchase orders created after this date).

Output shape

a list of purchase order records matching the provided filters, paginated up to the specified max pages

Pagination retrieves up to 'Max Pages' of results with each page containing 50-150 records depending on the resource. Filtering is applied before pagination to limit results. Returned data includes the full purchase order fields as provided by the Xentral API.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch released purchase orders created after 2023-01-01 with a maximum of 10 pages.

Set Filters status to 'Released', Created After to '2023-01-01', and Max Pages to 10.
