Summary

Retrieve multiple invoices from Xentral with optional filtering and pagination controls.

Inputs

• Max Pages — Maximum number of API pages to fetch when returning all results. Each page returns 50-150 records.
• Return All — Boolean to choose whether to return all matching invoices or limit the result set.
• Limit — Maximum number of invoice records to return (applies when Return All is false).
• Filters — Optional filters to refine results, including invoice status (draft, released, sent, cancelled), customer ID, and created after a specified date.

Output shape

a list of invoice records, each representing an invoice matching the filter criteria and pagination limits.

Results are paginated via the Max Pages setting if Return All is true. When false, Limit caps the number of returned invoices. Filters are applied to narrow down the set. Each page can contain 50-150 invoices depending on API behavior.
