Summary

Retrieve multiple sales orders from Xentral, optionally filtered by status, customer ID, and creation date, with configurable limits on the number of pages or total records returned.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all matching sales orders or limit to a specified number.
• Max Pages — Maximum number of API pages to fetch when returning all results; each page contains 50-150 records. Default is 1000 pages.
• Limit — Maximum number of sales order records to return when not returning all results (minimum 1, maximum 100).
• Filters — Criteria to filter sales orders by status (Draft, Released, Sent, Cancelled), specific customer ID, or creation date after a given datetime.

a list of sales order records

Pagination is controlled by Max Pages when Return All is true; otherwise, results are limited by the Limit parameter. Filters narrow returned data based on status, customer ID, and creation date. Returns an array of sales orders matching the criteria.
