Summary

Assigns a set of cards to an owner, distributing them directly, round robin, or by agent workload. Use Account ID and one or more Card IDs; direct distribution also requires an Owner ID, where 0 removes the owners.

Inputs

• Account ID (required) — NooviChat account ID; supports expressions for multi-account workflows.
• Card IDs (required) — One or more card IDs to assign.
• Distribution — Choose Single Owner to assign every card to the specified Owner ID, Round Robin to distribute cards among available agents in turn, or Workload Balanced to assign each card to the agent with the fewest open cards. Defaults to Single Owner.
• Owner ID (required) — Shown for Single Owner distribution. Agent ID assigned to every card; use 0 to remove each card's owner.

Output shape

A list of API response items, one for each input item.

The operation calls the bulk owner-assignment endpoint with the selected card IDs and distribution. The direct-assignment handler converts Owner ID 0 to an explicit null owner value to unassign cards. The API response fields are not specified here.
