Summary

Sends a text message to a specified Telegram chat.

Inputs

• chat_id (required) — Unique identifier for the target chat or username (@channelusername).
• text (required) — Text of the message to be sent.
• parse_mode — How to parse the text. Options: none, Markdown, MarkdownV2, or HTML.
• reply_markup — Inline keyboard, reply keyboard, or other reply markup as JSON.
• disable_web_page_preview — Disables link previews for links in this message.
• disable_notification — Send the message silently.
• protect_content — Protect the message from forwarding and saving.
• reply_to_message_id — If the message is a reply, ID of the original message.
• message_thread_id — Unique identifier for the target message thread (topic) of the forum.
• allow_sending_without_reply — Allow sending if the replied-to message is not found.

Output shape

A single record containing the sent message details (e.g., message_id, chat_id).

The operation returns the result object from the Telegram API. If the message is successfully sent, the result includes the message identifier.
