Summary

Assigns a group to a dataroom with a selected access role, optionally applying the assignment to child datarooms.

Inputs

• Authentication — Use configured Aiteza OAuth2 credentials (default), or use the token forwarded by an upstream AITEZA Trigger. Trigger authentication requires a forwarded token and a base URL, provided here or by the trigger.
• Dataroom Name or ID (required) — Select the dataroom or provide its ID.
• Group Path (required) — Path of the group to assign, for example /departments/engineering.
• Role (required) — Role to grant: Owner, Editor, or Viewer. Defaults to Viewer.
• Inherit to Children — Whether to apply the assignment to child datarooms as well. Defaults to false.

Output shape

A list of items containing the API response for the group assignment.

The operation makes a POST request for each input item and returns the response as JSON. With Continue On Fail enabled, failures are returned as items with a message field.
