Summary

Lists files in the selected AITEZA dataroom, with optional pagination, filename filtering, and sorting.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose configured AITEZA OAuth2 credentials (default) or use a token forwarded by an upstream AITEZA Trigger. Trigger authentication requires a forwarded token and a base URL, supplied here or by the trigger.
• Dataroom Name or ID (required) — Dataroom whose files to retrieve; select one or provide its ID, including through an expression.
• Simplify — Defaults to true. When enabled, removes nested object-valued fields from each returned file; set false to retain the raw response items.
• Additional Fields — Optional query controls: Page (0-based, default 0), Size (default 20), Search Term (filters by file name), Sort By (field name), and Sort Order (ASC by default, or DESC).

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per file returned by the API.

Each item contains a file object in json. With Simplify enabled, nested object-valued fields are omitted; arrays and other values remain. The request sends Search Term as the API query parameter q. Results are limited to the requested page and size; this operation does not automatically fetch subsequent pages.
