Summary

Assigns a standalone AITEZA file to a selected dataroom by sending its ID and the target dataroom ID to the AITEZA API. Choose OAuth2 credentials or use a token forwarded from an upstream AITEZA Trigger.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose configured AITEZA OAuth2 credentials (default) or authenticate with a token forwarded by an upstream AITEZA Trigger.
• AITEZA Base URL — Shown for trigger authentication. Set the backend URL if the trigger does not forward one; a forwarded URL is used when this field is empty.
• File Name or ID (required) — Select the standalone file to assign, or provide its ID with an expression.
• Target Dataroom Name or ID (required) — Select the dataroom to assign the file to, or provide its ID with an expression.

Output shape

A single item per input item, containing the API response in its json field.

The operation sends a PATCH request to assign the standalone file to the target dataroom. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item that errors instead returns a json object containing the error message.

Select the standalone file and target dataroom, or supply their IDs with expressions. Use configured OAuth2 credentials or an upstream AITEZA Trigger token.
