Summary

Updates the role of one or more users in a dataroom, optionally applying the change to child datarooms. The node sends the change to AITEZA and returns the API response as workflow JSON.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose configured Aiteza OAuth2 credentials (default) or use a token forwarded by an upstream AITEZA Trigger. Trigger authentication requires a forwarded token and a base URL from the trigger or the AITEZA Base URL field; forwarded tokens are checked for expiration.
• AITEZA Base URL — Shown for trigger authentication. Set the AITEZA backend URL without a trailing slash if the upstream trigger does not provide one.
• Dataroom Name or ID (required) — Select the dataroom or provide its ID using an expression.
• Usernames (required) — Comma-separated usernames whose roles to update.
• Role (required) — Role to assign: Owner, Editor, or Viewer. Defaults to Viewer.
• Inherit to Children — Whether to apply the role change to child datarooms as well. Defaults to false.

Output shape

One workflow item per input item, containing the API response in its json field.

The operation sends a PATCH request for the dataroom's members, with the usernames, role, and inherit setting. If Continue On Fail is enabled, a failed input item instead produces an item with a message field.
