Summary

Permanently deletes the selected files from a specified AITEZA dataroom in one bulk request.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose configured AITEZA OAuth2 credentials (the default) or use the token forwarded by an upstream AITEZA Trigger. Trigger authentication requires a forwarded token and a base URL, supplied here or by the trigger.
• Dataroom Name or ID (required) — Select or enter the dataroom containing the files.
• File Names or IDs (required) — Select one or more files in that dataroom, or provide their IDs. The operation requires at least one ID.

Output shape

A list containing one item per input item, each with JSON {"deleted":true} on success.

The node sends the selected IDs in a DELETE request to the dataroom's bulk files endpoint. With Continue On Fail enabled, failed input items instead produce an item containing the error message.
