Summary

Permanently deletes one file from a dataroom. Select the dataroom and file, then authenticate with AITEZA OAuth2 credentials or use a token and base URL forwarded from an upstream AITEZA Trigger.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose OAuth2 Credentials (default) or From AITEZA Trigger.
• AITEZA Base URL — Shown with trigger authentication. Supply the backend URL without a trailing slash if the upstream trigger does not forward one.
• Dataroom Name or ID (required) — Dataroom containing the file; choose a listed dataroom or provide its ID.
• File Name or ID (required) — File to delete from the selected dataroom; choose a listed file or provide its ID.

Output shape

A single item with JSON {"deleted": true} after a successful deletion.

The node sends a DELETE request for the selected file in the selected dataroom. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed item instead returns its error message in JSON.
