Summary

Adds the specified usernames as members of a dataroom, assigning each the selected role and optionally inheriting the assignment to child datarooms.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Use configured Aiteza OAuth2 credentials (default) or a token forwarded by an upstream AITEZA Trigger. Trigger authentication also needs a base URL, entered here or forwarded by the trigger.
• Dataroom Name or ID (required) — Choose a dataroom from the list or provide its ID using an expression.
• Usernames (required) — Comma-separated usernames to add, for example john.doe, jane.smith.
• Role (required) — Role to assign: Owner, Editor, or Viewer. Defaults to Viewer.
• Inherit to Children — Whether to apply the role assignment to child datarooms. Defaults to false.

Output shape

One n8n item per input item, with the Aiteza API response in json.

The operation sends a POST request to add the usernames with the selected role and inheritance setting. The returned JSON fields depend on the API response.
