Summary

Export Kanban item data as CSV for the selected account, with optional funnel, stage, agent, and filter criteria. Return the CSV text in JSON output or as a binary file, and optionally choose the report column language.

Inputs

• Account (required) — Select an account from the list or enter its numeric ID.
• Kanban Funnel — Optionally scope the export to a funnel by selecting it or entering its ID.
• Stage — Optionally filter items by stage.
• Filters — Optional filters include linked conversation display ID, created date range, sort order and field, page and page size, priority, search text, won/lost inclusion, status, and minimum or maximum value.
• Agent — Optionally filter by assigned agent.
• Advanced Query Parameters (JSON) — When advanced options are enabled, supply query parameters as JSON; these take precedence over the guided Filters, Agent, Funnel, and Stage fields.
• Output — Choose JSON (CSV Text) or Binary File; defaults to JSON.
• Report Language — Choose the CSV column header language: account default, English, Brazilian Portuguese, or Spanish.
• Output Binary Property — When Binary File output is selected, set the binary property name; defaults to data.

Output shape

A single n8n item containing the exported CSV, either as text in JSON or as binary data.

The operation exports CSV content. Binary property naming applies only to Binary File output.

Example 1: Export a funnel report as a file

Select an account and funnel, choose Binary File output, and set the binary property name if needed.
