Summary

List files attached to a specified Bullhorn entity by providing the entity type (Candidate, ClientContact, ClientCorporation, JobOrder, or Placement) and its ID. Returns metadata about each file attachment up to a configurable limit and allows specifying which fields to include for each file.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose between User Credentials (email and password) or Enterprise Credentials (API key) for API authentication.
• Parent Entity Type (required) — Select the type of Bullhorn entity the files are attached to (Candidate, ClientContact, ClientCorporation, JobOrder, or Placement).
• Parent Entity ID (required) — Provide the numerical ID of the specific entity instance whose file attachments you want to retrieve.
• Fields — A comma-separated list of file attachment fields to return, such as id, name, type, contentType, dateAdded, fileSize. Defaults to id,name,type,contentType,dateAdded,fileSize.
• Limit — Maximum number of file attachments to return, between 1 and 500. Defaults to 20.
• Enable Operations Log — Optional toggle to emit audit log entries for operations; not affecting output data.
• Output Fields — Additional fixed or input-derived fields to merge into every output item.

The output includes file metadata as specified by the 'Fields' input, limited to the number specified by 'Limit'. If Operations Log is enabled, a secondary output with audit details is also available.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 10 files attached to a Candidate with ID 12345 returning the default fields.

Set Parent Entity Type to 'Candidate', Parent Entity ID to 12345, Limit to 10. Uses default fields and enterprise authentication.
