Summary

Upload a file from binary data to a specified Bullhorn entity, associating it with the entity's record.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose between User Credentials (Email & Password) or Enterprise Credentials (API Key) for Bullhorn authentication.
• Enable Operations Log — Optionally emit an audit log entry to a secondary output for tracking upload operations.
• Parent Entity Type (required) — Select the type of Bullhorn entity (Candidate, Contact, Company, Job, or Placement) to which the file will be attached.
• Parent Entity ID (required) — Specify the numeric ID of the parent entity record the file will be attached to.
• File Type (required) — Specify the category/type of the file being uploaded, such as Resume, Cover Letter, Writing Sample, etc.
• Binary Property (required) — Provide the name of the binary data property from a previous node that contains the file data to upload.
• File Name — Optionally override the file's name; if not set, the original binary file name is used.
• External ID — Optionally include an external identifier for the file attachment record.
• Output Fields — Additional fields to merge into the output item, combining with the result or error data.

The operation returns metadata confirming the uploaded file on the specified entity. If 'Enable Operations Log' is enabled, a second output emits audit log entries for each upload. Errors will produce no-result or error items merged with any specified output fields.
