Summary

Searches Bullhorn Opportunity records using a Lucene query string syntax, returning a list of matching records with selectable fields and optional result limits.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose authentication method: either User Credentials (Email & Password) or Enterprise Credentials (API Key). Defaults to Enterprise.
• Fields (required) — Specify Bullhorn Opportunity fields to return in results, with optional renaming for output fields.
• Limit — Set the maximum number of Opportunity records to return, from 1 up to 500. Defaults to 20.
• Query (required) — Provide a Lucene query string to filter Opportunities (e.g., name:Smith* AND status:Active). Defaults to 'id:[0 TO *]' to fetch all records.
• Hide Deleted — Whether to exclude deleted or archived Opportunity records automatically. Defaults to true.
• Enable Operations Log — Optionally emit an audit log entry to a second output for each write operation, though this has no effect on search.
• Output Fields — Additional fields to merge into every output item, either fixed values or dynamically set from inputs.

Output shape

a list of Opportunity records matching the query

Returns an array of Opportunity objects with the specified fields. The number of records is limited by 'Limit'. Deleted or archived records are excluded if 'Hide Deleted' is enabled. No pagination; only up to the specified limit are returned.
