Summary

Add one or more custom background images to a specified WeCom meeting layout and optionally set one as the default background.

Inputs

• 会议ID (required) — The unique identifier of the meeting to which the background images will be added.
• 背景图片列表 (required) — A list of background images, each including an image URL and its MD5 hash.
• 默认图片序号 — The index (starting at 1) of the background image to set as the default.
• 布局/背景配置（JSON） — Optional JSON configuration for advanced layout/background settings.

a JSON object confirming the addition of backgrounds or error details

The operation requires the app to be configured in the WeCom collaboration meeting interface. Background images must be specified with their URLs and MD5 hashes; the default image order is one-based. The response confirms success or provides error messages.
