Summary

Modify document notification scope and member permissions for WeCom documents.

Inputs

• docid (required) — 文档ID
• addMemberCollection — 添加成员到文档通知范围，每项含ID类型、用户ID和权限（1=只读, 2=可编辑(仅智能表格), 7=管理员，最多3个管理员）
• updateMemberCollection — 更新文档通知范围内成员的权限，每项含ID类型和用户ID
• delMemberCollection — 从文档通知范围删除成员，每项含ID类型和用户ID

API limits: notification scope supports person-only configuration; update and delete operations max 100 people, departments not supported. Auth levels: 1=readonly, 2=编辑(仅智能表格), 7=管理员(最多3人).

Examples

Example 1: Add an internal user with read permission to document notification scope

Set docid to the target document ID; in addMemberCollection, select id_type as 'userid', provide the userid, and set auth to 1 (只读).

Example 2: Update an external user's permission to admin

Set docid; in updateMemberCollection, set id_type to 'tmp_external_userid', provide the tmp_external_userid, and set auth to 7 (管理员), noting the limit of max 3 admin users.

Example 3: Remove a member from the document's notification scope

Set docid; in delMemberCollection, provide the id_type (userid or tmp_external_userid) and the corresponding user ID or temporary external ID of the member to remove.
