Summary

Create a new note in Zoho Recruit linked to a specific parent module record by providing the parent module name, parent record ID, and optionally the note title, content, and type.

Inputs

• Parent Module (required) — Select the Zoho Recruit module to which the note is attached (e.g., Candidates, Applications, Job Openings, etc.).
• Parent Record ID (required) — The unique ID of the parent record this note belongs to.
• Note Title — Optional title of the note.
• Note Content — Optional content/body of the note.
• Note Type — Optional type of the note; may be determined via the Get Note Types operation.

a list with one item containing the created note object in JSON format

The response includes the details of the newly created note as returned by Zoho Recruit's API. If multiple input items are processed, each result is paired with the corresponding item for tracking.

Examples

Example 1: Create a note titled 'Interview Feedback' with detailed content linked to a specific candidate record.

Set Parent Module to 'Candidates', provide the candidate's Parent Record ID, enter the Note Title, Note Content, and optionally Note Type, then run the node to create the note in Zoho Recruit.
