Summary

Retrieve multiple notes from Zoho Recruit's Notes API, optionally returning all notes or limiting the number of results.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all notes or limit the number of notes returned. When true, all notes are fetched via pagination.
• Limit — The maximum number of notes to return if 'Return All' is false. Must be between 1 and 200.

Output shape

a list of note objects retrieved from the Zoho Recruit account

If 'Return All' is enabled, the node paginates through all note records until complete. Otherwise, it returns up to the specified limit of notes. Each note object contains properties as defined by the Zoho Recruit Notes API.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch all notes associated with the Zoho Recruit account

Set 'Return All' to true; no limit required

Example 2: Fetch up to 50 notes

Set 'Return All' to false and 'Limit' to 50
