Summary

Retrieve multiple records from a specified Zoho Recruit module, with optional filtering, sorting, and field selection. Supports pagination and can return all results or limit the number of records returned.

Inputs

• Use Custom Module — Choose whether to specify a custom module API name manually instead of selecting from the predefined module list.
• Module (required) — Select the Zoho Recruit module to query records from (used when 'Use Custom Module' is false).
• Custom Module (required) — Enter the custom module API name manually (used when 'Use Custom Module' is true).
• Return All — Choose whether to return all available records that match the criteria or limit the number of records.
• Limit — Specify the maximum number of records to return when 'Return All' is set to false (minimum 1, maximum 200).
• Additional Options — Optional filters and parameters including specifying fields to return, sorting options, filtering by custom view ID (CVID), converted status, approval status, and record state.

Output shape

a list of JSON objects representing the retrieved records

Returns multiple records matching the specified module and optional filter criteria. When 'Return All' is false, results are limited by the 'Limit' parameter. Supports pagination internally to retrieve all records if requested. The output items are flattened to individual JSON records.
