Summary

Update an existing note in Zoho Recruit by specifying its Note ID and the parent module and record it belongs to, with optional fields to modify the note's title, content, and type.

Inputs

• Parent Module (required) — Select the module (e.g., Candidates, Applications, Job Openings) associated with the note.
• Parent Record ID (required) — Specify the Parent_Id value of the note's parent record.
• Note ID (required) — Provide the ID of the note to update.
• Note Title — Optionally update the title of the note.
• Note Content — Optionally update the content/body of the note.
• Note Type — Optionally specify the note type (can be discovered via Get Note Types).

Output shape

a list with a single updated note object reflecting the fields after update

The response contains the updated note object within a data array, returned from a PUT request to the /recruit/v2/Notes endpoint. Errors during update are surfaced.
