Summary

Retrieve a single record from a specified Zoho Recruit module by providing its Record ID and module name.

Inputs

• Use Custom Module — Choose whether to specify the module name manually instead of selecting from the predefined modules.
• Module (required) — Select the Zoho Recruit module API name from available modules (used if custom module is not selected).
• Custom Module (required) — Enter a manual module API name like Candidates, Contacts, Job_Openings, or Interviews (used if custom module is selected).
• Record ID (required) — The unique identifier of the record to retrieve from the selected module.

Output shape

a list containing a single record object, with the record fields as retrieved from Zoho Recruit.

Returns an array of objects with the data matching the requested record's fields. The record is returned flattened if multiple data entries exist but typically includes only one object representing the record with all its fields.

Examples

Example 1: Get a Candidate record by its Record ID

Set Use Custom Module to false, select the Candidates module, and specify the Record ID of the candidate to retrieve.
