Summary

Render a transit chart as an image or PDF overlaying transit positions on a natal chart.

Inputs

• year (required) — Birth year in 4-digit format (e.g., 1990).
• month (required) — Birth month as number 1-12 (January=1, December=12).
• day (required) — Birth day of month (1-31).
• hour (required) — Birth hour in 24-hour format (0-23, where 0=midnight, 12=noon).
• minute (required) — Birth minute (0-59).
• locationType (required) — Choose location specification: 'city' for auto-detected coordinates or 'coordinates' for exact lat/long.
• city (required) — Birth city name (e.g., 'London'). Shown when locationType is 'city'.
• countryCode (required) — 2-letter ISO country code for the birth city (e.g., 'GB', 'US'). Shown when locationType is 'city'.
• latitude (required) — Geographic latitude in decimal degrees (-90 to 90, positive=North). Shown when locationType is 'coordinates'.
• longitude (required) — Geographic longitude in decimal degrees (-180 to 180, positive=East). Shown when locationType is 'coordinates'.
• transitYear (required) — Year for the transit calculation (e.g., 2024).
• transitMonth (required) — Month for the transit calculation (1-12).
• transitDay (required) — Day for the transit calculation (1-31).
• transitHour (required) — Hour for the transit calculation in 24-hour format (0-23).
• transitMinute (required) — Minute for the transit calculation (0-59).
• transitLocationType (required) — Specify transit location: 'city' for auto-detected coordinates or 'coordinates' for exact lat/long.
• transitCity (required) — City for the transit calculation. Shown when transitLocationType is 'city'.
• transitCountryCode (required) — 2-letter ISO country code for the transit location. Shown when transitLocationType is 'city'.
• transitLatitude (required) — Latitude for the transit location in decimal degrees (-90 to 90). Shown when transitLocationType is 'coordinates'.
• transitLongitude (required) — Longitude for the transit location in decimal degrees (-180 to 180). Shown when transitLocationType is 'coordinates'.

Output shape

Rendered chart image or PDF in the format specified by renderFormat, base64-encoded or provided as a file reference, depending on the selected render options.

The output includes the rendered transit chart with optional aspect lines, house numbers, and planetary degrees per the showAspects, showHouseNumbers, and showDegrees settings.
