Summary

Create one or multiple Call records in Bigin using provided JSON data and specify which fields to include.

Inputs

• Calls List (JSON) — Provide a JSON array of Call records to create when input mode is 'Many'. Each record should be an object with field names and values.
• Columns (required) — Select and map the Bigin Call fields to include in the creation payload. Supports adding multiple fields and allows empty values.
• Multi Select Fields — Optionally set custom multi-picklist fields by selecting the Bigin field name or ID and providing one or more picklist values.

Output shape

a list of created Call record objects returned from Bigin, one entry per input record when creating multiple.

When creating multiple calls via JSON array input, each record in the output corresponds to one created call from the input array. The output includes data for the newly created calls.

Examples

Example 1: Create a single Call

Switch input mode to single (not 'Many'), select desired fields under 'Columns', and provide values to create one call.

Example 2: Create many Calls

Set input mode to 'Many', paste a JSON array of call records into 'Calls List (JSON)', map columns corresponding to fields to create multiple calls at once.
