Summary

Update all fields of one or multiple Bigin Contact records by specifying all values explicitly, with unselected optional fields being reset to their defaults.

Inputs

• Input Mode (required) — Choose between updating a single Contact record or multiple records.
• Contacts (required) — Select the Contact record to update by ID, URL, or (if in single mode) a searchable list.
• Contacts List (JSON) — Provide a JSON array of Contact records with IDs and new values to update multiple records at once (required if Input Mode is 'Many').
• Columns (required) — Map all fields to be updated for the Contact record(s), including required and optional fields.
• Multi Select Fields — Set multi-select custom picklist fields by specifying their Bigin field name or ID and selected values.

a list of records representing the updated Contacts with all fields after update

The operation requires explicitly setting all fields to avoid resetting them to defaults. Partial updates should use the 'Update Specific Fields' operation instead. In multi-record mode, the 'Contacts List (JSON)' must be a JSON array with each record providing an ID and full field values.
