Summary

Retrieve calls related to specific accounts within the Company resource in Bigin, optionally selecting all or specific call fields.

Inputs

• Recordid (required) — Select the Accounts to retrieve calls for. You can specify by ID, URL, or search and select from a list.
• Selectallfields — Whether to retrieve all fields of the calls. Defaults to true.
• Selectfields — Specify particular call fields to include in the results when not selecting all fields.

Output shape

a list of call records associated with the selected accounts, each containing the requested fields

If 'Select all fields' is true, all call fields are returned. If false, only the explicitly selected fields are included. The operation requires at least one account to be specified and does not support fetching calls without an associated account input.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve all call details for a specific account

Set 'Recordid' to the desired account ID or URL, keep 'Selectallfields' true to get all call fields.

Example 2: Retrieve only specific call fields for multiple accounts

Set 'Recordid' to a list of accounts, uncheck 'Selectallfields', and select desired specific call fields in 'Selectfields'.
