Summary

Retrieve all events from Bigin, optionally returning all or a limited number of records, selecting either all fields or specific fields up to a maximum of 50.

Inputs

• Return All — Set to true to return all events; if false, limits the number returned.
• Limit — Maximum number of events to return when 'Return All' is false, between 1 and 50,000.
• Select All Fields — Choose to retrieve all available fields for each event or to specify which fields to return.
• Select Fields — List of specific event fields to include when 'Select All Fields' is false. Up to 50 fields allowed; excess fields are ignored.

The returned list contains event objects with the selected fields included. If 'Return All' is true, all available events are retrieved. If false, up to the specified limit are returned. Selecting more than 50 fields will result in skipping additional fields beyond 50.

Examples

Example 1: Return first 100 events with all fields

Set 'Return All' to false and 'Limit' to 100 with 'Select All Fields' checked.

Example 2: Return all events selecting only Name and Location

Set 'Return All' to true, uncheck 'Select All Fields', and select 'Name' and 'Location' in 'Select Fields'.
