Summary

Retrieve details for one or more specific products from Bigin by providing their IDs, URLs, or searching the list. Optionally select all fields or specify particular fields to return up to Bigin's 50-field limit.

Inputs

• Recordid (required) — Select one or more products to retrieve by entering their ID, pasting the product URL, or searching and selecting from a searchable list.
• Selectallfields — Choose whether to return all available fields for the product(s) (true) or select specific fields (false). Defaults to all fields.
• Selectfields — When not selecting all fields, pick which fields to include in the product data returned. Examples include Name, Owner, Created_Time.

Output shape

a JSON object containing the retrieved product record(s) with the requested fields.

If multiple products are retrieved, the output contains corresponding records. When selecting specific fields, no more than 50 fields per product are returned, as limited by Bigin's API.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve a single product by its ID with all fields

Set Recordid mode to ID and enter the product ID; keep Selectallfields enabled.

Example 2: Retrieve multiple products by URLs with specific fields

Set Recordid mode to List, input the list of product URLs, disable Selectallfields, and specify desired fields in Selectfields.
