Summary

Retrieve specific Calls records from Bigin by specifying one or more call IDs or URLs, optionally selecting all or specific fields to include in the output.

Inputs

• Recordid (required) — Select Calls to retrieve by entering an ID, pasting a Calls URL, or selecting from a searchable list.
• Selectallfields — Boolean flag to choose whether to return all fields (true) or specify particular fields (false). Defaults to true.
• Selectfields — If 'Select All Fields' is unchecked, specify which fields to retrieve for each Call record (e.g., Name, Owner, Created_Time). Up to 50 fields will be included; additional fields are skipped.
• Recordlist — In 'Many' input mode, paste a JSON array of call records to retrieve multiple calls by ID or record data.

Output shape

a JSON object with the details of the retrieved Call(s), including the selected fields

If selecting specific fields, only up to 50 fields are returned per Call record; extra fields beyond 50 are skipped. The Calls to retrieve must be identified either by ID, URL, or a JSON list of records (in Many mode). The node returns the matched Call data as JSON objects.
