Summary

Create one or multiple contacts in Bigin by providing either a single record or a JSON array of records, mapping fields to Bigin contact properties including custom multi-select picklist fields.

Inputs

• Recordlist — A JSON array of contact records to create when input mode is set to 'Many'. Example: [ { "ID": "123", "Account_Name": "New Name" } ].
• Columns (required) — Define the mapping between your input data fields and the Bigin contact fields to be set on creation. Supports adding specific fields and allows empty values.
• Multi Select Fields — Optionally set values for custom multi-select picklist fields on the contact. Choose from available Bigin custom fields and select one or more picklist values per field.

Output shape

a single record for 'Single' input mode or multiple created contact records for 'Many' input mode

The operation supports two input modes: 'Single' for one contact record or 'Many' for multiple records via JSON array. The response contains the created contact(s) as output data.
