Summary

Create a new Contact or update an existing Contact in Bigin based on specified matching criteria. Supports handling a single record or multiple records in JSON array format.

Inputs

• Input Mode (required) — Select whether to process a Single record or Multiple records ('Many').
• Contacts List (JSON) — When Input Mode is 'Many', provide a JSON array of contacts to create or update. Each record should match the expected Bigin Contact structure.
• Columns (required) — Map the input data fields to Bigin Contact fields to define which columns to create or update.
• Multi Select Fields — Specify values for custom multi-select picklist fields on the Contact object to be set during create or update.

Output shape

a single record if Input Mode is 'Single', or a list of records if Input Mode is 'Many', each representing the created or updated Contact data returned from Bigin.

Matching for update is based on required fields configured in Bigin. The operation will create the Contact if no match is found, or update the existing Contact if matched. When using multi-record mode, batch processing applies to the input JSON array of Contacts.
