Summary

Sends a PATCH request to Clientify to update an existing contact, identified by its ID. Unlike before, this operation now requires a JSON object with the fields to update to be provided in the request body, under the 'body' parameter. The body must be a JSON object with at least one field to change, for example: {"first_name": "Jane", "title": "CEO"}.

Inputs

• contactId (required) — The ID of the contact to update. Map a positive number from an earlier workflow step.
• body (required) — A JSON object containing the contact fields to update. Must include at least one field to be changed. Provide it as valid JSON, for example: {"first_name": "Jane", "title": "CEO"}.

Output shape

A single n8n item for each input item, containing Clientify's response and metadata.

The response object is returned with an _meta field containing the resource, operation, HTTP method, and path. Empty responses become {"ok":true}; primitive responses are wrapped in {"data": value}. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors instead produce an item with success:false, operation, and error.
