Summary

Add a note to a Clientify contact by sending its ID, a name, and a comment in a POST request. All three values are required and can be mapped from previous steps.

Inputs

• Contact ID (required) — Numeric ID of the contact to receive the note.
• Name (required) — Note name or title.
• Comment (required) — Note content.

Output shape

A single item containing Clientify’s response object, augmented with operation metadata.

The request posts to /contacts/{contactId}/note/. If the response is empty, the node returns { "ok": true }; a primitive response is wrapped as { "data": value }. The item also includes _meta with the resource, operation, HTTP method, and path.
