Summary

Update an existing phone entry for a specific contact in Clientify by providing contact ID, phone ID, phone number, and type.

Inputs

• Contact ID (required) — The unique identifier of the contact whose phone number will be updated. This value can be mapped from previous workflow steps.
• Phone ID (required) — The unique identifier of the phone entry to update for the contact. This can be mapped from prior steps.
• Phone (required) — The new phone number to set for the specified phone entry. This can be mapped from previous steps.
• Type (required) — The type of phone number being updated (e.g., mobile, work). It is a numerical value and can be mapped from previous steps.

Output shape

a list of JSON objects, each corresponding to the updated contact phone entry.

Each output item includes the API's response JSON merged with metadata about the resource, operation, HTTP method, and API path used. Multiple input items result in multiple outputs in order.

Examples

Example 1: Update phone number for a contact

Provide Contact ID, Phone ID, new Phone number, and Type for each contact phone record you want to update. The node sends an authenticated PUT request to /contacts/{contactId}/phones/{phoneId}/ to modify the phone entry.
