Summary

Add a named tag to a Clientify contact, creating the tag if needed.

Inputs

• Contact ID (required) — The ID of the contact to tag.
• Name (required) — The tag name to add.

Output shape

A single item per input item containing Clientify's response as JSON, plus an _meta object with the resource, operation, HTTP method, and request path.

Sends a POST request to the contact's tags endpoint. If the API returns no content, the item contains { "ok": true }; primitive responses are wrapped in data. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors produce an item with success: false, operation, and error instead.
