Summary

Add a note to a Clientify contact by sending its contact ID, a note name, and a comment in a POST request. The operation returns the API response as an n8n item, with resource, operation, method, and path metadata added.

Inputs

• Contact ID (required) — Positive numeric ID of the contact to attach the note to; can be mapped from a previous step.
• Name (required) — Name or title for the note; can be mapped from a previous step.
• Comment (required) — Note text; can be mapped from a previous step.

Output shape

One n8n item per input item, containing the Clientify API response and operation metadata.

The request uses POST to /contacts/{contactId}/note/. If the API returns no content, the item contains {"ok":true}; primitive responses are wrapped in a data property. Errors fail the operation unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an error item is returned.
