Summary

Add a note to a Clientify company by sending a POST request with the company ID, note name, and comment. All three fields are required and can be mapped from earlier workflow steps.

Inputs

• Company ID (required) — Numeric ID of the company to receive the note.
• Name (required) — Note title or name.
• Comment (required) — Note content.

Output shape

A single output item per input item, containing the API response as JSON and metadata for the resource, operation, HTTP method, and request path.

If the API returns no content, the output JSON is {"ok":true}. Non-object responses are wrapped in a data property. With Continue On Fail enabled, failures produce an item with success:false, the operation, and an error message.
