Summary

Sends a WhatsApp location pin to a chat using the required latitude and longitude, with an optional place name and street address. The account must have SocialMate Pro; if the anti-ban limiter blocks the send, the operation returns a blocked result with retry details instead of queueing it.

Inputs

• Account Name or ID — Select the WhatsApp account. You can leave this empty when the API key is bound to one account; otherwise choose an account.
• Chat ID / Phone Number (required) — A phone number in international format with country code, or a group JID ending in @g.us. Punctuation, a leading +, and a 00 prefix are accepted.
• Latitude (required) — Latitude in decimal degrees (-90 to 90).
• Longitude (required) — Longitude in decimal degrees (-180 to 180).
• Options — Optional Priority and Max Retries settings for auto-queued messages, plus Reply To Message ID to quote an existing message. Locations cannot be auto-queued when the anti-ban limiter blocks them, so Priority and Max Retries do not enable retries through the queue.
• Additional Fields — Optional Address and Place Name displayed with the location pin.

Output shape

A single item containing the send result.

On acceptance, the JSON includes sent, messageId, chatId, type, timestamp, and status; status starts as sent and may later advance to delivered or read. A limiter block returns sent: false, blocked: true, and the reason and retry details. Use Message: Search / List to check later delivery status.
