Summary

Creates a queued batch of personalized WhatsApp messages by filling template placeholders from each row’s fields. The anti-ban engine paces sending; use it for opted-in recipients who need the same update, and provide distinct personalized content for every row because identical messages are blocked by the duplicate guard. Batch sending must be enabled in the SocialMate app and requires Pro.

Inputs

• Account Name or ID — WhatsApp account to use. Can be left empty when the API key is bound to one account; select an account when the key can access multiple.
• Template (required) — Message text with placeholders such as {{name}} that are filled from each row’s fields.
• Rows (required) — JSON array with one entry per recipient. Each row needs a chatId (international phone number or group JID) and a fields object containing values for the template placeholders. Include only people who contacted you or explicitly opted in.
• Options — Optional batch settings: Batch Name; Priority (Urgent, High, Normal, or Low; defaults to Normal); Scheduled At; and Max Retries (0–10, defaults to 3).

Output shape

A single record containing the created batch response, including its batch ID.

The operation submits the batch and returns without waiting for messages to send. Track progress with Queue: Get Batches; use Get Items with the batch ID to inspect individual messages. Batch sending must first be enabled in the SocialMate app; otherwise the request returns 403.
