Summary

Generate a briefing for an engineer using a job ID and its associated customer contact ID. Optionally force a fresh customer summary or provide raw job data when the job may not yet be available in Neo4j.

Inputs

  • Job ID (required) — The ID of the job to brief the engineer on.
  • Contact ID (required) — The customer contact ID associated with the job.
  • Force Regenerate Summary — When enabled, bypasses the cached Weaviate customer summary and generates a fresh one, adding latency.
  • Job Payload (JSON) — Optional raw job data as JSON, used as a fallback if the job is not yet in Neo4j. Ignored when the job is found there.

Output shape

A single operation result item containing the briefing response.

The source pack shows the FSI briefing operation but omits its implementation body, so the exact response fields and envelope are not available.
