Summary

List BigChange purchase orders, optionally filtering by IDs, references, contacts, jobs, job groups, or creation time and sorting by creation date. The node applies a default 12-month creation-time window when no filters or date range are supplied.

Inputs

• Return All — When enabled, fetches all matching results across pages. When disabled, uses Page Size and Page Number.
• Page Size — Results per page when Return All is off; defaults to 100 (minimum 1, maximum 1000).
• Page Number — 1-based page to retrieve when Return All is off; defaults to 1.
• Additional Fields — Optional filters: comma-separated purchase order IDs, references, contact IDs, job IDs, and job group IDs; creation date/time lower and upper bounds; sort direction (ascending or descending, default descending); and sort field (Created At). If no filter or date range is supplied, the node defaults to the last 12 months.
• Simplify — Returns a compact version of the response when enabled; disabled by default.

Output shape

A list of purchase order records, emitted as n8n items.

Return All controls pagination; otherwise the requested page and page size are used. Simplify changes the response representation.

Examples

Example 1: Returning every matching purchase order

Enable Return All and filter by Job IDs 42,57 and Created At From 2026-01-01T00:00:00Z, then sort by Created At in descending order.

Example 2: Retrieving a specific page of purchase orders

Disable Return All, set Page Size to 50 and Page Number to 2, then filter by Contact IDs 10,11 and References PO-1001,PO-1002.
