Summary

List BigChange notes, optionally filtering by contact IDs, entity IDs and type IDs, entity type, or status, and sorting the results. Choose a page size and 1-based page number, or enable Return All to retrieve all pages; Simplify controls whether the response is compact or raw.

Inputs

• Return All — Defaults to false. When off, retrieve one page using Page Size and Page Number. When on, retrieve all pages.
• Page Size — Defaults to 100; used when Return All is off. The UI allows values from 1 to 1000.
• Page Number — Defaults to 1; selects the 1-based page when Return All is off.
• Additional Fields — Optional filters: comma-separated Contact IDs, Entity IDs, or Type IDs (each supports up to 50 IDs); Entity Type (defaults to Job); and Status (defaults to Open). Also choose Sort By (defaults to Created At) and Direction (defaults to Descending).
• Simplify — Defaults to false. Choose whether to return a compact response instead of raw data.
