Summary

Create multiple items in XOCRM in bulk for a specified resource type.

Inputs

• Resource Type (required) — Select the type of resource to create items for (e.g., Asset, Client, Expiration, Note, Person, Reminder).
• Use Input Items — Choose whether to use the incoming workflow items as the data for bulk creation. Each input item becomes one record.
• JSON Items — Provide a JSON array of items to create if not using the incoming items.
• Timezone — Specify the timezone for date/time fields. Adjusts dates from n8n's UTC date picker to the desired timezone. Set to UTC if dates are already in UTC.
• Simplify — Choose to receive a simplified version of the API response instead of the full raw data.

a single item containing the API response of the bulk create operation

The response includes rate limit information if available under the _rateLimit property. If 'Use Input Items' is true, the data is taken from the incoming items' JSON bodies; otherwise, the JSON Items parameter is used. The output is not paginated, as all bulk creations are sent in one API call.

Examples

Example 1: Bulk create multiple clients using incoming workflow items as data.

Set Resource Type to 'Client', Use Input Items to true, and supply the desired client data in previous nodes.

Example 2: Bulk create multiple assets using a custom JSON array.

Set Resource Type to 'Asset', Use Input Items to false, and provide a JSON array of assets in the JSON Items parameter.
