Summary

Search across all XOCRM entities using a query string, optionally limiting the number of results returned and simplifying the response.

Inputs

• Query (required) — The search query string with at least 2 characters.
• Limit — Maximum number of search results to return, from 1 to 100. Defaults to 20.
• Timezone — Timezone used to interpret date/time values in the request and convert them properly to UTC. Defaults to 'America/New_York'.
• Simplify — Whether to return a simplified version of each search result, containing selected fields only, instead of the raw API response.

Output shape

A list of search result items from across XOCRM entities (e.g., clients, notes, reminders). Each item is an object representing an entity matching the search query.

Results may be simplified if the 'Simplify' input is true, returning only key fields such as id, name, and type for each item. Rate limit metadata may be included in the response under the '_rateLimit' property.
