Summary

List multiple notes from XOCRM, optionally filtered by client and archived status, with pagination control and date/time timezone adjustment.

Inputs

• filters — Optional filters to narrow down notes by client and whether to include archived notes
• returnAll — Boolean to return all matching notes without limit or to limit the results
• limit — Max number of notes to return if Return All is false, between 1 and 500
• timezone — Timezone to adjust date/time values from user local time to UTC
• simplify — Boolean to return simplified note objects with key fields instead of full raw data

Output shape

a list of note records

Returns an array of note objects, with date/time fields adjusted for timezone. If simplify is true, each note object includes key summary fields only; otherwise, full raw data is returned. Supports pagination with limit or returnAll option.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 notes for a specific client excluding archived notes

Set filters.clientId to client's ID, includeArchived to false, returnAll to false, limit to 50.
